Lily blew the loose strands of hair that escaped from her ponytail with a very exasperated breath. Just how much stuff did James own? She felt like they had made one hundred trips already! She was truly thankful for Remus' help.

"How can you not be getting frustrated and tired?" she asked Remus.

The man shrugged, "Stamina, I guess. I know he'd do the same for me."

She rolled her eyes. This was one of those moments she didn't understand the Marauders. She didn't understand why she agreed to move James in. Well, that was the tiredness and all around ickiness talking there. She knew once she had a shower and could fall into bed, it would be a different story. And really, he didn't have that much stuff. Just a lot of electronics.

Remus chuckled, "I remember seeing this same situation a long time ago..."

"But he didn't have all this... stuff... then," Lily countered.

"Oh. He had a lot of stuff then too. Perhaps your lovesick mind forgot about it. Kind of like when a lady gets pregnant for a second time despite all she said during pregnancy and delivery number one."

"I remember all of that quite well. Which is why it isn't happening again." Lily finalized and went back to moving boxes.

James came in the front door with another bag of things. He was amazed at the amount of projects he'd gathered and adopted since coming here with only the clothes on his back. He gave Remus a grin and a clap on the back when he set the bag down on the couch.

"I think we're almost finished, at least with bringing the things over. Lil, we can keep my projects here, right? I can move them over to the Media Center if we need to." He thought then that maybe they should have figured that out before this point, but planning ahead had never been his strong suit.

"How about a beer and a break?" He gave them both an encouraging look and nodded his head as if agreeing with himself.
