Someone couldn't work today, so I offered to pick up their shift. Which means I'm now in the middle of a double. Keeping busy like a busy, busy bee.

Unsurprisingly, there's been a few domestic disputes to see to so far today.

It's strange. I don't feel quite ready yet to process everything that's happened this last week.

Is it strange that I'm not angry? Mostly sad, I think. Right now, anyway.

It's silly, really. I've never told anyone I love them before and I'm sad that experience has been taken away from me. And I'm sad that it made me cheat. But that'll probably turn to anger later.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Really sorry. I might have thought it in the last week but I didn't say it. It's probably a good thing I was stuck at work so much.
