Minister Shacklebolt, I'm not entirely certain where to start, so I am just going to get right to the point.
I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my behaviour this past week, which was in no way reasonable or even remotely acceptable for a Healer. Also, I am so incredibly sorry if this has caused any problems in your life, be it professionally or personally.
On a more professional level, I would like you to (or have your assistant) reschedule your annual exam, as the results of the most recent exam are either unacceptable or inconclusive. I fully understand if you would prefer the services of a different Healer for this exam.

It is I who should offer apologizes. The security of our water system was taken for granted which allowed for this embarrassing mishap in the first place.
There was no way you could be expected to fight off the effects of that potion when I, as a highly trained auror, should have been able to fight it. I, too, would like to offer my most sincere apologies for the inappropriateness of my actions with you. Words cannot convey how deeply sorry I am for causing you any discomfort or concern.
I will have my assistant reschedule with the Medical center and, again, I thank you for your professionalism and kindness in the aftermath of this unfortunate situation.

Date: 2013-02-23 04:09 pm (UTC)With the screening of the people being sent through the Portal and everything being as new as it is, it was an easy oversight to make, I can imagine. Hopefully something good will come of this, such as the tigtening of security of the water supply, for instance.
I could attempt to explain how I, as a Healer, even under the influence of a Love Potion, should have been able to act more professionally towards you as a patient, but I couldn't. And in that light, I would like to thank you, for being a gentleman throughout the influence, and for not taking untowards advantage of our situations. I really appreciate that, and because of that I am able to look my fiance in the eyes today.
Please do reschedule. Possibly have him make a request to have the latest entry to your journal removed. If he does, I will make certain to support that request, as it will be of no use but to cause confusion with the next Healer to read it.
