Is it me or has anyone else noticed people behaving oddly? I went to the market a few days ago and ended up having to leave without purchasing anything due to the fact the cashier could only focus on the customer next to me.

Did I miss something while working?

Oh hello Luna. Nice to see you here. Last I saw you was fourth period the day before I turned up here.

I think it was more than that. He was equally beside himself staring at her.

I have gotten taller since then. I always liked fourth period because three just is an unlucky number.

Perhaps she should have brushed her teeth too. Though it has been a bit strange round here, is it always like this?

I was referring to something making people act odd is in the water.

I've been here about 3 weeks or so. I've been well... although it's weird to be 9 years in the future.

Oh! I am sure things find their way into the water all the time. It is certainly possible I would think.

Does that make you nine years older or are you still the same age?

I am still the same age, oddly enough. I met Ginny Weasley here within hours of my arrival and she was 9 years older. It seemed so different.

Ginny cannot be anyone but Ginny so I guess that cannot be too different. You will get used to it and soon everyone will feel like it should.

Well, I saw some friends who died 20 years ago. That was surreal.

She was taller.

Nothing unusual at all about two people in love. It's easier to see in a stranger than one would think! And certainly easier for it to happen without our even realizing it...
