Lavender licked her lips, her cheeks turning pink from the compliment. She absently tucked her hair behind her ear. "No, I don't think you've ever told me that." When he said it like that, it made her feel as if he was the only person who ever really seen her. "You can tell me again, if you want," she told him in a low tone, giving in to the temptation to reach out and touch his firm chest. Oh, that was lovely. She could almost hear the thrumming of his heart.
"I could look at you all day. Um." She bit her lip again. "Did you want to come in?"
