I suppose after a month or so here I should have more to say. I feel like I'm finally used to this datapad, though I suspect that I don't use it as much as some people. One thing I'm not quite used to is the weather. It being so warm in November is so strange!

It's lovely to see the work being done on the pub, I must say. I like the idea that there's going to be somewhere to be sociable like that.

I tend to use mine for work, though that's changed a bit since my family came through. Ginny seems to like messaging me a lot - I suspect excitement over the new world does that to folks. After years in Romania, I'm welcoming the warm weather, though the downpours are a minor reminder of 'home'.

The new pub is going to be grand - if only to have someplace to cook for me.
